Users must not misuse the platform or engage in harmful or illegal activities.

SoulSupport acts as a platform to connect users with counsellors and provide mental wellness support tools.

SoulSupport is not responsible for the personal opinions, advice, or conduct of counsellors, except as required under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulSupport shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions made based on the information provided through the App
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any interruption or delay in services
